Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:

You can return any item within 15 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different style of same price. You have the following options:

  • Exchange: We will do our best to exchange the returned product whether this was not defective, or if you received the wrong code
  • Refund: Refund of the value of the items (shipping cost excluded) to your credit card or bank account within 30 working days.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and you have to cover the return shipping costs, unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We will not refund or cover any shipping costs for the return, unless you have received an incorrect or faulty order.

During sales period the exchange or refund will be for the current value (discount price) of the items returned.


Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. In order to cancel your order you have to email us at orders@bartuggi.com or call us at +30 2106891902. You may cancel your order until we inform you by email that your order has been shipped.

How to return a product:

From receipt, you have 15 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order.
Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. If you lost the form you can download here

Once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 3 business days and send you an email confirming the action we have taken. 
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charges except in cases where the order was faulty executed.
