How to shop

Browse our collection using the links on our site. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase click on the “add to shopping bag” button underneath each item. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag link at the top of the page. You can use the “remove from basket” link to delete items from your shopping bag. Click on “proceed to purchase” to complete your order. You cannot place an order for more than 15 items. If you would like to purchase more than 15 items please contact us or place a separate order.



How can l redeem a Promotional Code?

Enter your Promotional Code on the Payment page. If your Promotional Code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed automatically in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Code per order will be accepted. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event that an unauthorized promotion code is used.



Is VAT included in the prices l see?

Yes, VAT is included in the prices

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Bartuggi?

Orders



I have received faulty or incorrect items

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received or we send you mistake a product you didn’t order, please let us know straight away by contacting us at orders@bartuggi.com  or at +30 210 6891902. We will make sure to send you the correct products or refund your money.

 

 


Do you offer gift packaging?

Gift packaging is offered with 5 EURΟ extra cost with most purchases at bartuggi.com. When prompted at the checkout page, just let us know you'd like to make your purchase a gift. Each gift will arrive elegantly presented and we will include your personalized message, if you like. Gift packaging is available only for certain products, and not for very large products such as luggage. During check out you will be able to choose if you want gift packaging.


Shipment



By which carrier will my order be shipped?

We ship via ACS and agencies for deliveries in Greece and via TNT or registered mail for deliveries abroad



When will my order ship?

We will process orders received by 1pm (EET time) the same day and orders received later than 1pm (EET time) the next working day. Orders received within the weekend will be processed on next working day. We will ship your purchases within 2 working days of processing your order. When we ship your order we will send you an email.



How will l know that my order has been shipped?

Once we prepare and ship your order, we will send you an email.



When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days in Greece and within 7 business days overseas. There might be delays for deliveries in distant destinations according to carriers

What if my country is not listed in the countries above where you ship your products?

How much are the shipping costs?

During check out the shipping costs will be calculated automatically before you place your order.



GREECE:


Orders above 120 EUR

All orders above 120 EUR are delivered free of charge in most cities within Greece.
The only exception is for oversize items delivered to distant destinations where there are additional charges as well as the cash on delivery charges.

Orders bellow 120 EUR

  • The shipping cost is 2 EUR per item for small items within Greece and 3,5 EUR per item for islands and distant locations within Greece
  • The shipping cost is 5 EUR per item for medium size items within Greece and 6,5 EUR per item for islands and distant locations within Greece
  • The shipping costs vary for oversize items such as luggage.

Returns & Exchanges



What is the return policy?

You can return any item within 15 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different style of same price. You have the following options:

  • Exchange: We will do our best to exchange the returned product whether this was not defective, or if you received the wrong code
  • Refund: Refund of the value of the items (shipping cost excluded) to your credit card or bank account within 30 working days.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and you have to cover the return shipping costs, unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We will not refund or cover any shipping costs for the return, unless you have received an incorrect or faulty order.

During sales period the exchange or refund will be for the current value (discount price) of the items returned.

How do l return a product?

From receipt, you have 15 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order.
Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. If you lost the form you can download it here.

Once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 3 business days and send you an email confirming the action we have taken.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

We will not refund or cover any shipping costs for the return, unless you have received an incorrect or faulty order.



Have you received the returned item?

When we receive the returned product, we will send you an email. If you haven’t received the confirmation e-mail within 15 working days from the time of dispatch, please contact us at orders@bartuggi.com or at +30 210-6891902



I want to exchange an item l bought with a different model

You can return any item within 15 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for a different style of same value. Please note that during sales period the exchange or refund will be for the current value (discount price) of the items returned



Will you also refund the delivery charges?

Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charges except in cases where the order was faulty.



I have been refunded the incorrect amount


We are very sorry if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please contact us at +30 2106891902 or email us at orders@bartuggi.com and we will sort it out as soon as possible.



What if l ask for a color replacement and it’s not available?


Maybe the product you requested is out of stock. In that case we will contact you in order to refund you the amount of the item



How and when will l receive the refund?


Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase within 30 working days



Can l cancel my order?


Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. In order to cancel your order you have to email us at orders@bartuggi.com or call us at +30 2106891902. You may cancel your order until we inform you by email that your order has been shipped. You can still ask for a refund after you have received your order

Do l need to create an account in order to place an order?

No, you can shop at bartuggi.com without creating an account.  However, if register you'll be able to enjoy several following benefits through your account, like saving your address so you can shop even quicker next time, manage your account details, address book and email preferences, reviewing your order history, etc

If you have forgotten your password, click on the option 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' and we will email it to you
